It looks like that you have a Broadcom BCM4318 chipset but didn't install ndis driver.
You may get more detailed info on how to build/install the driver from opensolaris website: http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/laptop/wireless/ndis/ But FYI 64bit bcm4318 ndis driver is known to be unstable, thus not supported. - Judy
