I don't think the ral driver supports this Japanese variant of the CG-WLPCI54GL even though the manufacturer's Linux instructions state that this device works with the Linux rt2500 driver, implying that it is a RT2500 chipset... I don't have a wireless network (yet) to test this with, but no matter what I do with dhcp or wificonfig, neither the power nor the activity lights on the back of the NIC itself light up. The end result might be running some long Ethernet cable through my house and using my trusty Atheros wired NIC. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
