I have the following model of MacBook Pro running build 123 where audiotest
works fine but there is no sound:

I have also tried the latest version from Yangrong (via Andy Roach) without
success. That version does work for the newer version 15" MacBook Pro (I don't
have the sndstat output at the moment).
