Today I tried it with OS 132. Results were the same.
Booting with `-v', I got:

Adding iova [0x100000 - 0xbba5f000] to domain_vmem_0
Adding iova [0xbbabf000 - 0xbbb71000] to domain_vmem_0
Adding iova [0xbbbbf000 - 0xbbbdf000] to domain_vmem_0
Adding iova [0xbbbf7000 - 0xbbc00000] to domain_vmem_0
It hung at that point.
