It appears to me that Andre van Tonder and Aziz Ghuloum agree implementations are allowed to raise an exception for that test, as Larceny v0.97b1 has been doing since August 2008. I reported this to the maintainers of PLT Scheme, who promptly dropped the test in question [1].
Larceny v0.97b1 now passes all but one of the PLT tests. That means we need to write more test programs.
