[LARTC] IMQ Patch Problem

Hi,   I have applied the IMQ patch to 2.4.21 kernel.   But, I don't see IMQ target(s) net Kerne -> Networking_options -> IP:Netfilter_Configuration.   I don't know what I am missing?   Venkatesh K
