Install a newer tomcat, actually -- tomcat 5.0.30.
And copy the catalina-ant.jar over your existing $ANT_HOME/lib/
catalina-ant.jar
Now in vendor, or just get it from the web. Remember to create a user
in conf/tomcat-users.xml.
