Approved. Can we have a comment that you have to make a div visible to measure it in Safari? (Or that undisplayed divs have dimension 0 in Safari.)
Questions: Is there any concern that the image is going to flicker on briefly when you measure it this way? Does the LFC need to know the dimensions of nodes that are not visible? Would another approach be to just update the dimensions when the object first becomes visible?
