[Laszlo-dev] platform-specific canvas (and other stuff) init hook

In LaszloCanvas.as there's a couple of things like __LZinstallStageListener and the context menu stuff which is platform dependent.

I want to make a hook to call out to another included file for this kind of implementation-specific routine.

I'm curently defining a LzPlatform object defined in views/platform/***/LzPlatform.xx

and calling LzPlatform.initCanvas(canvasobj) from the LaszloCanvas constructor
