Please clarify. Are you expecting to emulate in OpenLaszlo a "nicer" UI than the default
(not nice) TinyMCE panel? Like LaszloMail?
If not, then your argument about nice graphic design really does not apply since the
TinyMCE panel can be switched off (set div visibility) and the full graphics of
OpenLaszlo canvas restored.
The idea is to use CSS/DOM to dynamically resize the OpenLaszlo div only whilst the
TinyMCE div is active. After that, the full size "graphics" can be restored in browser.

WYMeditor apparent dullness can be overcome by use of XLST.
It is simpler than TinyMCE because all formatting is in CSS.

Yes, using YUI I have "HTML overlaying" working across IE and Firefox .. can't try in
other browsers .. Safari etc.
I'll try to post an example of TinyMCE integration in laszlosystems forum (at some
