Could you check if there are any other traits that need to be fixed?
Also, could you go back to the places where you had to move `if
($debug) {...}` blocks out of class bodies, and if possible move them
back into the class body close to their original position? (As I did
in LzNode.) This is not _crucial_, but I'm concerned that we may
have made some files less 'literate' by moving those blocks.
