I'll be presiding, and we'll need to move pretty briskly so please
stay focused.
Depending on how this goes, we may start scheduling regular weekly
bug scrubs, with increased frequency close to major releases. The
typical scrub will cover new bugs of the week, but we'll periodically
do project scrubs like the one on Monday.
