[Laszlo-dev] lzt requests I would like to remove

I'd like to remove the following lzt= requests and their  
corresponding support.  They all look obsolete to me:

o window
supposed to open the app in a new window, but I think all browsers  
will pop-up block it.

o embed, js, object-tag

aren't these all subsumed by Lz.embed or by creating an iframe that  
sources `?lzt=html`??

o inline-example, v1

what are these?
