Aha! I'll add simpleboundslayout to lzx-autoincludes.properties.

It's the debugger in Flash that's doing it. It's source file has
<include href="utils/layouts" />
in it.

When I compile this test in DHTML, it fails to automatically include
simpleboundslayout.lzx:

In SWF I don't get the same error - simpleboundslayout is automatically
included for some reason, even though it's not listed in
WEB-INF/lps/misc/lzx-autoincludes.properties:
http://localhost:8080/legals/test/lztest/lztest-view.lzx?lzr=swf7&debug=true
Adding an entry fixes DHTML, but why is this only required for DHTML?
