Okay. Since our pattern was to build the docs on linux-builder then
push them to windows-builder and tiger-builder, this means that we
won't have docs in any build right now. I could turn on building the
docs on windows-builder and tiger-builder separately. Shall I?

The run on OS X and Windows, but not on Linux. The XSLT processor
used there is sufficiently different that I'm running into a range
of problems. Until those get resolved, I've turned off the refguide
build on Linux.
