Details:
I cleaned up all calls to 'debug.write' to 'Debug.write'. There
aren't any other calls that are affected (format, debug, info,
warn, error). This change does no t include the charting package
because there are some outstanding reviews.
Many of the calls are in comments and have no effect. I decided to
fix all of th em so people won't end up borrowing from these bad
examples.
