Approved.
I am curious to see this approach & how it will scale. I personally
don't have an opinion about it, as it's more of a doctools & code
readability issue than it is a doc issue. . .

Actually, with this change there will be two versions of LzBrowser,

Log:
LzBrowser should be in LFC.Services instead of Kernel.AS2. One
remaining issue is that there are two implementations of
LzBrowser, one for DHTML and one for Flash, so we get two entries.
This will require a larger change.
