But I do have some design questions, since this seems like a fairly
common use case. Is the need for a script setting lzOptions
documented anywhere? Are the valid lzOptions properties documented?
Could the right values for ServerRoot and dhtmlKeyboardControl be
inferred from other inputs?

Details: common-html.xsl - added lzOptions script with ServerRoot
and dhtmlKeyboardControl: false directives. This prevents the LFC
from snarfing keyboard control.
Tests: ant clean; ant doc; browse to http://localhost:8080/legals/
docs/reference/LzAnimator.html and see that keyboard and mousewheel
navigation work again.
