There are still a number of classes that are declared without the
class keyword (e.g. var LzCursor = new Object;....).  Here's some I've  
noticed.

Debug
LzBrowser
LzCursor
LzFocus
LzGlobalMouse
LzHistory
LzKeys
LzModeManager

Is there any plan to convert these?  I'm asking because these
may require some special case work to get the doc right.
