Changed LaszloLibrary.lzs so most classes that
are common between SWF9 and other runtimes are included
in the same source line. This is important to allow the doc to
be unified. Changed file only in ways that are logically
equivalent, no changes in the ordering of includes were done.
Ran navxmlbuilder.rb to generate latest classes and tags nav bar
Wrote toccheck.rb to help verify that links in toc.xml are valid.
Used it to update 'Contents' links.
Tests:
Regression: (smokecheck,lzpix,weather) x (swf8,dhtml)
Opened doc nav and followed links.
Used toccheck.rb to verify links.
