Use Don's new command line option to store the lac cache somewhere
different?

Due to the issue of people's LPS server's script cache getting
bashed, I toggled the default setting of the
"flush script cache" flag in lzc, so it no longer flushes it by
default. This will lead to surprises if you recompile
the LFC and then expect the changes to show up in your app that you
recompile. You need to add the
--flush-script-cache flag explicitly now.
I'm thinking this is going to lead to trouble for people debugging
the LFC, so maybe I had better set lzc to keep
it's script cache someplace else besides the LPS default location,
and set it to always flush the script cache.
Then again, for webtop work, if they are using the command line
compiler, they would benefit from the script cache
being active. Hmm... what to do, what to do?
