Details: Add missing class vars, function override. Add stub
methods to be replaced by lz.drawview.addProperty(). Comment out
clip() method for swf9. Convert LzCanvasGradient to a class.

compiles and runs in swf8 and dhtml as before. There are issues
compiling the example, but drawview compiles in swf9 now.
