+ removed LzCursorInterface, and made LzCursorService have public
wrapper methods to call kernel functions
+ merged LzURL implementations, to use swf9 compatible class syntax
+ added LzURL to list of services in toc
+ moved LzCursor to Services entry in reference manual table of
contents (it was in "menu and commands" chapter, which is bogus)
+ fixes for some demos to get the to compile in swf9
