This fix is based on the observation that .jpg files are
corrupted when viewed in
IE, but only after when a build distribution is created, and the
observation
that .png and .gif files are copied into the distribution without
modification,
but that other files are modified to VERSION.
Treating .jpg/.jpeg the same as
.png/.gif presumably will fix this - Mamye will review.
Tests:
Did a build to check build.xml syntax
Fix to be checked by Mamye.
