Details: test/* - update JSPs to use new embedding syntax.
lfc/* - USe 'lz.embed' instead of 'Lz'
dhtml/LzBrowserKernel - Use value stored in the canvas/root sprite
instead of __propcache.url
templates/* - Update to use new embedding syntax
includes/source/embednew.js - Use 'lz.embed' as the top-level scope
for all browser/embedding utilities. Rename __BrowserDetect to
browser to make it more publicly accessible.

lps/admin/dev-console.html - Update to use new embedding syntax
lps/admin/dev-console.lzx.js - Recompile dev console to use new APIs
Tests: ant lztest, smoke, test/lfc/legals/keyboardandmouse.lzx, lzpix
in swf and dhtml. Also http://localhost:8080/trunk-clean/test/
