Summary: Update lzt=deployment request to document browser embedding.

Documentation: Clicking the 'Server' deployment button in the lower
left of the dev console shows a page detailing the different ways to
embed applications.
Release Notes:
Details: js-response.xslt - Update to new embedding syntax.
deployment-response.xslt - Major update to the descriptions of
embedding dhtml and swf applications.
embednew.js - Update doc comments and a warning
Tests: Load any lzx app as swf and click the 'Server' deployment
button in the lower left of the dev console. You should see
detailed deployment instructions. Also try this with a dhtml app.
