The 'OpenLaszlo explorer' icon in the upper-left hand corner of
laszlo explorer doesn't work in some browsers. In Safari 3, you get a
blank page. In FF 2, you get a separate window, and a separate browser tab.
The solution is to simplify the onclick method to directly call
LzBrowser.loadURL() to load http://www.openlaszlo.org.
