Summary: Fix multiframe media playback in dhtml
Bugs Fixed: LPP-5709 - Playing views with multiframe resources works
in dhtml but only advances 1 frame in swf8.

Documentation: We need to document the capability of including an
entire directory of resources at once for animation. See LPP-5709
for an example.
Details: Default to playing multiframe resources until told
otherwise. Use resourceevent() API instead of setTotalFrames().
Refactor updateFrame() to __setFrame().
Tests: See updated testcase in LPP-5709. Should play/stop
consistently between dhtml and swf.
