Details: Decreased the size of the forecast description
text very slightly, made it multiline, and gave it a
little more space. (The alternative was simply to
chop it off if it was too long, which looked awful.)
Making it smaller and giving it more room will keep
it on one line 90% of the time, but in the rare event
where it's even longer, it'll have another line of
room it can comfortably fit into.
Tests: Run the weather demo. Try to find a place where
there are thunderstorms. (Try 49913, if you review
this within the next few hours.) The text should
no longer crowd and overlap and such anymore.
