Summary: Turn off bitmap caching for clipped drawviews
Bugs Fixed: LPP-4839 - Text <img> images don't appear within drawviews
that are set to clip in v4.0.5 SWF, LPP-4137 - drawview mouse-events
broken in lzr=swf8
