Details: test/html.lzx - Add destroy button for testing (won't check this in).
html.lzx - Add destroy() implementation and __destroy() proxy method
for Flash.
iframemanager.js - Add __destroy(id) method to handle iframe cleanup.
Tests: Destroy button works in /lps/components/extensions/test/
