Summary: Add canvas.builddate property

Details: LaszloCanvas.lzs - Document and store canvas.builddate init
arg from CanvasCompiler.java.
CanvasCompiler.java - Set the builddate init arg to the date/time
when the application is built.
Tests: Build any application and type canvas.builddate into the
debugger. It should show the app build date/time.
