In LzSelectionManager it is:
* @initarg Boolean sel: The name of the method to call (with true or
* false to represent selectedness) when an element changes its
selectedness
* @devnote: TODO: [20080930 anba] (LPP-6080) uncomment typing in
method signatures
So I suspect that the devnote stuff is being appended to the end of
the '@initarg'.

Fix an errant devnote that was not recognized as such by js2doc,
causing the lzxname to be botched, and
thus the docfile .html output file to be named incorrectly.
Tests:
rebuilt doc successfully, noted the right file is being
generated now
