Yes, I'm building after every checkin. I just checked in a 'fix' for
the broken build, and I got the appropriate notification.

Please don't pull down trunk after r11350. I set up cruise control on
a spare machine and I want to make sure it's really working.
Once this is running, it should catch broken builds within ~15 minutes
of the bad checkin.
