Summary: UPDATED: Fix mouse position testing from within mouse events
Bugs Fixed: LPP-7752 - Mouseover/out events fire too late in dhtml,
LPP-7753 - Drag state gets stuck in the "on" position

Details: Register for onmousemove events for clickable sprites. Set
the mouse position from any event that provides it. Prevent
onmousemove events from being sent to the LFC.
Tests: See LPP-7752, LPP-7753.
