Added nullpointer check to "__LZgetCO" to fix the runtime error in
dhtml/swf9.
Additionally improved "$lzc$set_childNodes", so that null-values are
detected.
And expanded the "this breaks smoke-check!" comment to make clear what
was intended at that point and why it doesn't work.
