Amy, you should probably add an swf10 entry to the component list in JIRA, since there will be features in the platform which are only supported in Flash Player 10 (swf9 is not sufficient). At the same time, you might want to add swf10. (for Flash Player 10.1). But maybe you use a different scheme for distinguishing features for the various Flash Player versions in the LFC.
I ran into this when I tried to create an improvement request for text rotation in Flash Player 10 (without embedded fonts).
