[Laszlo-dev] [BULK] Incorrect clipping of views with borderwidth > 0

[Raju Bitter]

Views with a borderwidth > 0 are not clipped correctly. The clipping
is applied based on the width of the view WITHOUT borders. Is the OL
team aware of that bug?
