Details: Implement accessiblity for the tree control by adding
necessary methods to init() override of basetree.lzx
Tests: accexplorer32.exe shows similar output for the test attached to
LPP-7865, and the tree component at
http://developer.yahoo.com/flash/astra-flash/tree/accessibility.html
. Now reads the first item in the tree reliably. Phil, can you
figure out why moving the selection (press enter first) and collapsing/
expanding doesn't voice like the yahoo tree does?
