Summary: DHTML: Move activation div to master container
Bugs Fixed: LPP-8421 - DHTML default context menu on canvas does not
appear until you mouse over something else

Details: Use app container div to track activation through onmouseover/
onmouseout. Avoid setting overflow: hidden when
canvas_div_cannot_be_clipped quirk isn't on - it's now set by default.
