Summary: Fix braino in LaszloView.containsPt()
Bugs Fixed: LPP-8379 - mousetrack events act as if clip attribute
would not exist, LPP-940 - clipped views still receive mouse track
events, LPP-4765 - LzTrack groups fire events on views that are not
viewable
