Details: test/dropshadow.lzx - Add opacity to the dropshadow.
swf, swf9/LzSprite - Use LzColorUtils.inttocolorobj to process alpha.
Remove shadow when shadowcolor is null.
dhtml/LzSprite - Use CSSDimension() to process CSS properties in
__getShadowCSS(). Remove shadow when shadowcolor is null.
LzUtils - Add shared cache for color conversions, cache calls to torgb
() and inttohex() and inttocolorobj(). Add inttocolorobj() to split
rgb.0a alpha integers into color and alpha components.
LaszloView - Store shadow attribute values to be set at init time.
Update documentation to include units.
Tests: test/dropshadow.lzx shows consistent coloration for the text
and buttons on the upper-left across dhtml, swf8 and swf10. Clicking
the button or the text hides the shadow.
