Details: Add match_swf_letter_spacing quirk, turn on for OS X. Default
letterSpacing to 0px, adjust to 0.025em for match_swf_letter_spacing.
Tests: my-apps/copy-of-hello.lzx?lzt=testboth has the same letter spacing
between the e and l on Windows.
