Summary: Update unstretchedwidth/height for drawviews in swf9/10
Bugs Fixed: LPP-8641 - drawview doesn't set unstretchedwidth and
unstretchedheight

Details: Use view.updateWidth/Height() to update the stretched size, when it's
being measured.
