when compiling from the dev console for Flash

Details: Don't set lzusemastersprite query arg for non-dhtml runtimes.
Tests: Load my-apps/copy-of-hello.lzx?lzr=dhtml, check the 'Use master sprite'
checkbox in the dev console and click 'Compile'. Choose swf8 or swf10 on the
dev console, and click 'Compile'. You shouldn't see 'lzusemastersprite'
appended to the URL in the browser.
