Details: LzSprite - Add htmltext capability, set to true
LzTextSprite - Implement setHTML(), handle changes to overflow and whitespace
CSS properties.
LzInputText - Deprecate setHTML() in favor of displayhtml attribute.
LzTextSprite - Add setHTML(), deprecate in favor of displayhtml attribute.
Tests: This test shows whitespace in DHTML:

<text id="txt" bgcolor="#ffaaaa" text=" Hello Laszlo! "
displayhtml="true"/>
</canvas>
