Summary: Fix extra space when using history in old versions of Safari
Bugs Fixed: LPP-8752 - There is extra space below Webtop in Safari

Details: Per Danielle's suggestion, set the display property of the generated
frm to 'none'. This will only affect ancient versions of Safari in trunk.
Tests: Can't test, as I don't have an old enough version of Safari (< 3.0.4) -
but if I did, I'd run test/history/ against it.
