Release Notes: The lzt=testboth query arg now respects the lzr parameter to
decide which runtime should be compared with DHTML.
Details: Use lzr (/canvas/@runtime) instead of a hardcoded runtime value for
the right-hand frame.
Tests: ?lzt=testboth&lzr=swf10 now shows swf10 in the right-hand frame.
