Summary: Fix clickability of inputtext when using modemanager in DHTML
Bugs Fixed: LPP-8799 - dhtml: inputtext not sending mouse events through
lz.ModeManager

Details: It seems DHTML inputtext won't become activated unless it receives an
onmouseover event from the viewsystem - which doesn't happen if modality is
applied. The inputtext activation div listens for onmousedown events, and
attempts to show the inputtext.
Tests: See LPP-8799. Note that patch/fix for LPP-8798 is required for this to
work.
