Summary: Fix mediastream behavior for stop() on a broadcasting stream
Bugs Fixed: LPP-8810 - After calling stop on a broadcasting mediastream, stream
does not reliably stop.

Release Notes: Thanks to Justin Hunt for his contributions and bug fixes for
the av components.
Details: AS3 requires close() be called to stop broadcasting instead of the
older AS2 method broadcast(false).
